Our first recommendation incase of any difficulties in using our app, would be to follow the below mentioned steps:-

If you’re using an Android device:

1) Logout - If possible try to logout from the app.
2) Force close the App - Open your phone’s "Settings" app and go to "Apps". Find "Ovvio" and tap on it. Then, tap on "Force Stop".
3) Clear the App’s cache and data - Go back to the "App Info" page and tap on "Storage". Then, tap on "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data".
4) Reinstall the App - If none of the above steps work, uninstall the app and reinstall it from Google Play Store and please try again.

If you’re using an iOS device:

1) Logout - If possible try to logout from the app.
2) Close the App - Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to close the app.
3) Delete the App - Delete the app from your device.
4) Reinstall the App - Reinstall the app from the App Store and please try again.

If you're using a browser:

1) Google Chrome - Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > View Permissions And Data Stored Across Sites > Select Website & Remove
2) Firefox - Menu > History > Show All History > Type Website On Search Bar > Right Click & Forget About This Site
3) Safari - Menu > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Type Website On Search Box > Select Website & Remove
4) Internet Explorer 11 - Open Website > Press F12 & Launch Developer Tools> Network > Click Ctrl+R
5) Edge - Type edge://settings/siteData > Search Cookies > Select Website & Remove
