We understand there may be instances where you do not get the information you were hoping for and that’s okay.
You can let the Giver know at the end of the session, and discuss what would be the appropriate charges.
If you are not happy with the charges, you can click on the "Dispute" button at the end of the session to raise a dispute. Ovvio's customer experience team will then contact you and the Giver to understand the situation. Please be aware that this is not a refund mechanism.
You also have an opportunity to leave your feedback and rate a Giver at the end of a session.
