Our first recommendation in case of any difficulties in using our platform would be to clear your browser's cache. If you use the following browser, you can clear your site-specific cache as follows:
1) Google Chrome - Type chrome://settings/siteData In Search Bar > Type Website In Search Cookies Box > Delete
2) Firefox - Menu > History > Show All History > Type Website On Search Bar > Right Click & Forget About This Site
3) Safari - Menu > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Type Website On Search Box > Select Website & Remove
4) Internet Explorer 11 - Open Website > Press F12 & Launch Developer Tools> Network > Click Ctrl+R
5) Edge - Go to edge://settings/siteData > Search Cookies > Choose & Remove Website Cache
